Our office will file for you, an insurance claim with your carrier at the time of services. Providing us with accurate and complete information will help us obtain the maximum reimbursement on your claim. Insurance claims filed by our office and not paid by your carrier after sixty (60) days will be billed to you.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also offer financing options through CitiBank Personal Finance or CareCredit. We deliver the finest care here at Canyon Ridge Endodontics, therefore, your estimated co-payment is due the day service is rendered.
